B.C. Falconry Association

This site has been established to promote – within the province of British Columbia, Canada - the sport of  falconry - the recreational use of trained, free-flying birds of prey, either in the hunting of naturally occurring small game, or in the hunting of man-made artificial quarries.  The BC Falconry Association is dedicated to protecting and extending the privileges of falconers, in the context that the sport of falconry represents both a responsible and conservative utilization of both wild and domestically bred raptors.  It is also the aim of our Association, to advise Government in the management of raptorial birds, especially in regard to those native species having recreational value to falconers.  The BC Falconry Association supports the activities of  the North American Falconers Association, and the British Columbia Wildlife Federation.
